> What is a periocular solution?
The periocular area describes the structures near the eyes, including forehead, brows, eyelids, eyelashes and tear troughs. A periocular solution is one that can be used on the delicate skin of the eyelids, eyebrows and eyelashes, and is safe to use on the eyes. The eyelid skin is the thinnest in the body and the eyelids function to protect the eyes. Any products used near the eyes need to be carefully pH balanced with the eye and tear surface to reduce stinging and also not contain toxic, harsh ingredients.
> Can Purifeyes be used on the eyeballs?
Purifeyes is indicated for eyelid hygiene. The antimicrobial properties promote eye health and because it is a mild formulation that is pH balanced for the eye surface, is safe to be sprayed on the eye surface.
> Is Purifeyes™ safe for use by all ages?
Purifeyes employs the same science that our white blood cells use to destroy invading microbes and does not contain preservative, cause toxicity or resistance. It is safe for all ages, including babies.
> When spraying Purifeyes on the eye how close can you spray?
It can be sprayed at arms-length onto the face and periocular area with the eyes open, whilst looking up.
> How do I apply Purifeyes?
The easiest and most effective method of use is to spray directly on the eyelids, eyelashes and periocular skin with the eyes closed for periocular hygiene. The antimicrobial action is effective in 30 seconds and the solution can be left to air dry or any surplus can be gently patted dry.
For use on specific areas of eyelid and periocular inflammation, or post procedures, Purifeyes can be used on a cotton pad or bud and wiped over the eyelid skin or edge of the eyelid where the lashes attach as advised by your eye-care professional.
> How often can I use Purifeyes eye spray?
Purifeyes can be used as frequently as required without risk of toxicity or resistance.
> How to store Purifeyes?
Purifeyes should be stored in a cool (between 4 and 23 degrees celsius), clean, dry space, avoiding extremes of temperature. If the solution has been over heated, it may sting if used on the eye.
> What does Purifeyes treat?
Purifeyes is indicated for periocular and eyelid hygiene and is indicated for the treatment of blepharitis, styes, eyelash health, lash extension hygiene, post-operative care following periocular surgery and injectable treatments. It is also recommended as part of your daily skin care regime to protect the skin’s natural barrier function of the delicate eyelid area, before applying make-up and skin care in the mornings, and after removing make up in the evening. Purifeyes is suitable for those that spend significant time using VDUs and those on long term treatment with glaucoma drops and conditions that contribute to chronic dry eyes and blepharitis.

> What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start processing your return please email info@cht-ltd.com. In your email, please include proof of purchase, your full name, date and method of purchase, stating the reason for the return and we will respond accordingly. Please note that we may need photo evidence as part of your return process.

Before returning your product, please read our returns policy above. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Clinical Health Technologies Ltd, Quantamatic House, Alan Bray Close, Hinckley Leicester, LE10 3BP. United Kingdom and we will issue you with a refund or exchange.
Please DO NOT ship your item unless you have ALREADY emailed us and notified us of your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item with a value in excess of £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
> How will my order be delivered?
When ordering directly from our Purifeyes™ website, we only want the best for our customers, so we only offer one type of delivery service with Inxpress. This gives you the added benefits of: next day delivery (for UK customers only), proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver and trackable delivery for mobile. Compensation may be payable in the event of loss or damage if proof of posting and evidence can be provided by Inxpress.
